Impressive circa 1997 (rookie era) Adidas KB8 basketball shoes autographed by Hall of Famer Kobe Bryant. These historically significant shoes were Kobe’s first professional model sneakers after signing with Adidas in 1996. The unique design quickly became a fan favorite as Kobe continued to impress on the hardwood early in his career.
The shoes are highlighted by Kobe’s autograph in bold, silver permanent marker on the left shoe. The outer toe has been signed, ideal for a display piece. The black and white shoes have gold and purple tones, matching the Los Angeles Lakers colorway. Number ‘8s’ have been included on the bottom of the tongue denoting Kobe’s number on each sneaker.
The sneakers remain in pristine condition with all original tagging and the original box. The tagging inside the soles of the shoes and the Adidas packaging both show size 14, which is also Kobe’s size.
Accompanied by a full PSA/DNA LOA for the autograph.
