Rare Joe Mauer 2011 Minnesota Twins Jackie Robinson Day Game Issued professional model jersey. This jersey was made for Joe Mauer to wear on Jackie RobinsonDay April 15th, 2011 but he went on the disabled list and didn’t play between April 13th and June 17th. Joe signed and inscribed the jersey “Joe Mauer #42, 2011 Jackie Robinson Day Jersey”. Mauer started his career at catcher winning an unprecedented 3 batting titles and an MVP award. He will likely be inducted into baseball’s Hall of Fame. The jersey was originally purchased from the Minnesota Twins Pro Shop for $2,000 and still has the original sale tag attached which actually lists the jersey as a “Joe Mauer Game Used Jersey”. Very unique Joe Mauer item with MLB Authentication for the game issued portion and Ironclad Authentication hologram for the Joe Mauer autograph and inscription.
